Copilot for Microsoft 365 has been successfully adopted by 3,000 users at reinsurance giant Swiss Re, with plans to expand its usage across the firm’s entire workforce.
According to Microsoft, this deployment marks a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the two companies and highlights the power of smart AI deployment in enhancing operational efficiency and upskilling the workforce in highly regulated sectors.
Swiss Re made Copilot for Microsoft 365 globally available in May 2024. It is now reportedly being used across the firm, including HR, communications, and parts of its core business, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
“Swiss Re continues to support the adoption of Copilot with the ambition of facilitating access to this technology for more users over the coming months,” Microsoft said.
