Lockton Re to deploy agentic AI to streamline, drive growth

Lockton Re adopts agentic AI to improve broking efficiency and support future growth.

Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of global broking group Lockton, has collaborated with Synechron (formerly known as Cloobees), a global digital transformation consulting firm, to launch the Agentforce 360 Platform, Salesforce’s agentic platform.

lockton re logoThis launch comes as the broker embraces AI, and notably agentic AI as a core part of its current strategy. Synechron has deep expertise in Salesforce and enterprise AI, and has worked closely with the broker to design and deploy this solution.

Lockton Re leverages Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud (FSC) as its core system of record and integrates it natively with the Agentforce 360 Platform. This ensures that agents are “grounded in” industry-specific data models and the full context of the business’s unique workflows and policies, to enable superior relationship management, explained the reinsurer.

After running a successful proof of concept with a small sample, Lockton Re is now rolling out the Agentforce 360 Platform to its global sales team.

Lockton Re has been building several AI applications across the business and within its proprietary analytics platform, Lockton Re SAGE. However, this is the first time autonomous AI agents have been deployed to reason, make decisions, and take action across trusted non-personal enterprise data within Lockton Re’s global Salesforce environment.
