Guidewire, a provider of software for property and casualty insurers, has rolled out major enhancements to its PartnerConnect program, alongside new technology innovations.

These updates are designed to help insurers modernise their systems, improve customer experiences, and accelerate growth.

In addition to revealing new partnerships and updates to the Guidewire Marketplace, the company has also celebrated key specialisation milestones within its PartnerConnect ecosystem.

Three prominent partners—Capgemini, EY, and PwC—have reached the highly regarded Global Strategic level.

As part of these updates, Guidewire has rebranded its Solution partners as Technology partners. The Technology Alliances program has refined its tier structure, now featuring Growth, Advantage, and Premier tiers.

The former Access and Select tiers have been merged into the newly introduced Growth tier, aimed at helping targeted partners establish a stronger presence in the Guidewire ecosystem, build expertise, and increase their market visibility.

Guidewire has made significant updates to its PartnerConnect program, which is composed of both Consulting and Technology partners.

The enhancements to the PartnerConnect Consulting program are intended to boost the quality of partners’ service delivery, expand their skills, and recognise their global presence.

PartnerConnect enables Consulting partners to lead implementation efforts, manage services, and drive large-scale business transformation.

“Global Premier partners have made significant investment in Guidewire, showcasing exceptional sales, implementation portfolios and relationships that meet the highest requirements of our customers,” commented Lisa Walsh, Group Vice President, Global Consulting Alliances.

“Global Strategic encompasses rigorous new metrics and recognises Consulting partners’ global expansion, reach and growth in their Guidewire practices and alignment with Guidewire objectives in serving mutual customers in growth regions worldwide. The Advantage and Select partners provide specific skills, including language expertise, that other customers often require.”

The program continues to follow a three-tier model: Select, Advantage, and the top Global level, now divided into Premier and Strategic categories.

“At Guidewire, we are committed to fostering an ecosystem where innovation thrives and strategic collaboration drives customer success,” added Will Murphy, Vice President, Global Technology Alliances, Guidewire.

“These program changes reflect our dedication to building a robust network of collaborators who are equipped to deliver exceptional value to insurers and contribute to the evolution of our industry.”

Guidewire’s technology partners combine industry expertise with the Guidewire Cloud Platform to deliver tailored solutions for insurers. The Guidewire Marketplace, now with over 250 integrations, helps insurers refine their operations and better serve policyholders.

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, new integrations were published by AWS, Capgemini, EY, PwC, and others, marking the first contributions from Consulting partners to the Marketplace.

Four new Technology partners—ClaimSafe, hyperexponential, Monoova, and MOTER—joined the PartnerConnect program at the Growth level, focusing on developing integrations for Guidewire Cloud.

Consulting partners also earned seven new specialisations, with Accenture, EY, Hexaware, and Stratus among those recognised. Altogether, Guidewire’s Consulting partners have achieved 246 specialisations across 27 system integrators.

Finally, three Technology partners, InvoiceCloud, Smarty, and Newgen, were promoted to the Advantage tier.

“Congratulations to the partners who have joined the Guidewire Technology Alliances program, as well as those who have achieved promotions or published new integrations to the Guidewire Marketplace this quarter. This progress not only highlights the growing strength and collaboration within our network but also underscores the crucial impact our partners make,” Murphy continued.

More than 100 PartnerConnect partners are set to showcase their Marketplace integrations at Guidewire’s annual Connections conference, taking place from November 17-20, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee.
