The British Insurance Technology Awards 2026 have taken place, with winners revealed across a range of categories recognising innovation, technology, data, customer experience and digital transformation across the insurance market.
Domestic & General had a standout evening, winning both Excellence in AI and Best Customer Service Solution Provider. DynaRisk also enjoyed double success, taking home awards for Best Data & Analytics Solution Provider and Best Underwriting Solutions Provider, underlining the growing influence of data-driven technology in insurance.
In the digital innovation categories, Capitawise won Best AI & Automation Solutions Provider, while Admiral Pioneer & Octopus/Tide secured Best Digital Customer Experience Solution. Mind Your Business Group (InsureTec.com) was recognised for Best Use of Data Analytics, highlighting the increasing role of advanced analytics in improving underwriting, risk assessment and customer outcomes.
Elsewhere, Percayso Inform was named Best InsurTech Partner, while organisations including Allianz Engineering Inspection Services, Beazley and NFU Mutual were recognised for their contributions to technology-led transformation across the sector.
The results reflect some of the key themes currently shaping insurance, including artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, customer experience and digital innovation, with winners demonstrating how technology is being used to improve operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes for customers and brokers alike.
